* MT - Moroes is best tanked to the right of the platform where he is pulled from with the MT's back faces towards the corner. The MT will do a few aggro moves and turn his back to Moroes to avoid getting garotted.
* Healers - Healers just spread out at max range from their CCed targets and Moroes so if their add breaks they have time to CC it or if Moroes gouges the MT they have time to try and kite him till the tank gets him.
* DPS - Kills their targets in assigned burn order and move onto Moroes, CC adds if they get loose until the priest can pick them up again if needed. A caster stands on top of the MT facing Moroes so they can take the gouge and gives the MT more time to build threat.

The Encounter
Moroes will come with 4 randomly generated adds picked from 6 class/spec possibilities. The following are what you can get:

Baron Rafe Dreuger - Retribution Paladin
Baroness Dorothea Milstipe - Shadow Priest
Lady Catriona Von'Indi - Holy Priest
Lady Keira Berrybuck - Holy Paladin
Lord Crispin Ference - Protection Warrior
Lord Robin Daris - Mortal Strike Warrior

These adds are crowd controllable through things such as shackle, fear, frost trap, and cyclone. Now you will need 2 tanks on Moroes because he occasionally will gouge your MT and go to the person who is second highest on the aggro list. Now onto the execution of the pull and crowd control.

The pull will be done with the warrior running in to get the adds, immediately upon aggro the priests will shackle their targets and our hunter will drag an add into his trap. Thankfully there have been a few of us who have experience with heroic instances and have perfected the art of crowd control. Since we have two priests we will have two shackles and Shrekk can take care of frost trapping, Druid can assist him with cyclone when his trap breaks giving him enough time to have his trap cooldown and lay another one. That leaves Moroes and one add. Depending on what we get we will have to choose what adds we crowd control and what we burn first.
The burn priority is as follows: Shadow Priest, Holy Priest, Holy Paladin, Retribution Paladin, Protection Warrior, and Mortal Strike Warrior.

The priests and paladins can cleanse shackle so the priests shackling need to make sure to reapply it ASAP, I would recommend casting shackle in between your heals approx every 5 seconds. I will explain a sample pull.
Okay say we get a Mortal Strike Warrior, a Protection Warrior, a Holy Priest, and a Shadow Priest. The tank will run in and grab Moroes, the priests proceed to shackle the Warriors, Shrekk will take the holy priest into his trap, and a rogue or OT will snag the shadow priest. Every else will burn the heck out of the shadow priest and then move onto the holy priest. Once the holy priest is down everyone will move onto Moroes, now as a side note this whole time OT will be creating as much aggro as he can to be second on the list to Moroes. We keep the warriors shackled and burn Moroes, once Moroes is down we can move onto his remaining adds and get our phat loot.

Priests can use a macro to ease their pain on controlling their adds...just use a macro like:
/target Baron Rafe Dreuger
/cast Shackle Undead
/targetlasttarget

Now it is very important for healers to note that Moroes will vanish approx every 3 minutes and garrote a random player. This garrote lasts for 5 minutes, and does 1000/tick every 3 seconds...To counteract this druidsI will be in treeform and applying lifebloom every 6 seconds and an occasional rejuv"for priests RENEW" on the said target. This sounds terrible but it really shouldnt be too hard to heal through. The important part of this encounter is just making sure our adds are controlled and everyone is coordinated. I can't stress enough the importance of focus firing and making sure your add isn't loose.

KEYNOTES

* Your Tank can throw a few sunders and aggro gaining moves on Moroes and then turn his back to not get gouged. If you have a caster like a warlock or mage stand on top of your tank, the caster will take the gouge allowing your MT to keep full aggro on Moroes then entire fight and he never gets loose.
* A single treeform druid can heal through the garrotes, just cast a rejuv and a lifebloom every time the HoTs run out on your target. It is a little more then sufficient. Ask for help once in a while if needed.
* When you shackle your target get at max range from it so you can have enough time to reshackle if it breaks early. Best way to heal is cast shackle, throw a heal or two, cast shackle, throw a heal or two...etc.
* The faster the adds get CCed and killed the faster you can DPS Moroes and heal the Garrotes easier because less targets are getting Garroted.
* A survival spec hunter can fully CC 1 add, so if you have 2 priests and a hunter you only have to kill 1 add and can start DPSing Moroes.
* In case you are unfortunate enough to have only 1 priest you can burn 2 adds and then go to DPS Moroes with your hunter keeping the last one trapped. If you only have 1 shackled and the MS warrior, the MS warrior should ALWAYS be shackled as he is the hardest to deal with.

And this is the Video of How to do it
